The Business Analyst upholds, defends, coaches and mentors sound agile practices and values for the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) Academic Network Labor Contract to administer, maintain, secure, and accredit the DLIFLC Academic Network which provides the IT environment for 100% of the DLIFLC teaching and instructing for all students, staff, faculty, and guests in a learning environment at the unclassified level.Responsible for eliciting and documenting user requirements and user stories in real time in an Agile/DevOps environment. Responsible for establishing the minimum viable product, grooming the backlog, and Change Management. RequiredBA/BS with minimum 5+ years experience or substitute with AA/AS with 7+ years experience with IAT Level I (A+ CE, CCNA Security, Network+ CE, and SSCP) Certification, and CE/OS Certification; Product Owner certification; 4 years+ of successful agile planning and facilitating the complete life cycle of large-scale projects, with competing availability, priorities, and multiple stakeholders; 4 years' experience eliciting and documenting user requirements; knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, and Automated Testing. Secret Clearance Salary Range $110,000 - $118,000The above salary range represents a general guideline.
