Technical System Analyst / Business Analyst (3 Positions) Locations: Monterey Park, CA White Plains, NY Starting Date: Immediate Qualifications: At least 10+ years of industry experience. Certified Agile Scrum Master. Good understanding of JIRA, TFS, or other tracking tools. Experience interacting with business users, capturing requirements, and creating JIRA Agile user stories. Background in Middleware, BPM, or Case Management projects is a plus. Experience in documenting business processes (process mapping & modeling) for current "as-is" and future "to-be" states. Ability to identify and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for developers. Experience developing and managing use case models and supporting specifications, and reviewing BPM object models.
