BCBA Clinical Director

As our Clinical Director, you will play a pivotal role in the management of our ABA division, taking charge of its operations, and providing invaluable leadership and direction to our dedicated team. This role is tailored for a passionate BCBA who is eager to step into a leadership position but may not yet accumulated extensive management and team leadership experience. Your involvement in hiring RBTs and BCBAs will play a pivotal role in shaping our dynamic team, and ensuring their alignment with our mission.
You will oversee the management of clinical quality measures, including delivered to recommended hours, parent training, efficiency, and assessment turnaround.
Your contributions won't be confined to the clinical realm; you will also have the opportunity to collaborate on marketing initiatives, leveraging your insights to drive our center's growth.

Who makes a great BCBA at Pine Cone Therapies?
At least 1 year of experience as a BCBA, in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, and have at least 3 years management experience
You are a leader and are excited to train, manage, and mentor your team of pediatric professionals.
You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are excited about building relationships with other pediatric professionals, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and ensuring the clinic meets productivity minimums.
You have Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
