Position Overview and Expected Duties

The Speech-Language Pathologist position is responsible for providing speech/language therapy services to our adult and pediatric population in an outpatient setting; including evaluation, treatment, and development of treatment plans.
* Administer evaluations to adults and children with speech, language, communication, and/or cognitive disorders.
* Provide skilled intervention to adults and children with speech/language disorders.
* Develop treatment goals
* Complete documentation efficiently and timely to support therapeutic interventions (i.e. intake reports, sessions notes, discharge reports, etc.).
* Communicate and collaborate with other clinical staff and external treatment team as needed.
* Working as a collaborative member of an interdisciplinary team

Qualifications/Requirements:
* Master's degree in speech language pathology required
* Michigan SLP license required
* ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence, or eligibility to apply, required
* Experience working with both adults and children required
