Base pay range $80,625.00/yr - $91,375.00/yr What this job involves: The Assistant Property Manager (APM) plays a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of specific properties under management. Working closely with the Property or General Manager (PM or GM), the APM serves as the professional-in-charge in the absence of the PM or GM. What your day-to-day will look like: Collaborating in the development and implementation of operating and capital budgets, and financial reporting Ensuring tenant satisfaction by implementing retention program Overseeing competitive bidding for service contracts and act as primary contact for contractors and vendors Assisting in developing policies and procedures for tenant rent collections Ensuring property, or properties are operating in accordance with JLL best practices Required Qualifications: Associate or Bachelor’s degree Two (2) to three (3) years of commercial real estate or property management experience, including budget preparation/financial reporting, knowledge of building systems, lease documentation, and administration Clear and succinct oral and written communication skills Efficient problem-solving skills, quick learner who is open to change and new challenges Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure Preferred Qualifications: Real Estate License is required within the first six months of assuming the position Client focused approach Proficient in Microsoft office and other required software Location: On-site in downtown Boston (parking included) Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Sales and Management We’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
