Join to apply for the Territory Sales Manager role at Uponor . This position is responsible for achieving profitable sales growth targets for commercial and residential business. The successful candidate will develop and execute market plans that focus on the best opportunities to grow territory sales, with specific emphasis on target account development and future demand generation. The Territory Sales Manager will develop account plans for their target accounts and continually update their progress on SFDC, sharing key insights, opportunities and challenges. They are an integral part of the region team that works closely with the Uponor marketing team to execute corporate strategies at the local level. This is a fully remote position, with the ideal candidate located in the Northern California market. What will you be doing? Achieve the sales and gross profit goals by executing the Market Plan. Create an account development plan for their individual Top 10 Target Contractor accounts for their assigned territory, including business owners or key executives to ensure involvement at the highest levels. Manage project pipeline in SFDC to ensure good visibility and accurate information for sales forecasting. Work closely with the National Accounts Team to leverage national account relationships and ensure local alignment with corporate initiatives. Utilize SFDC as a tool to manage business, keeping accounts updated, logging regular face‑to‑face meetings with target accounts and sharing account development progress. Conduct training to drive awareness of Uponor’s value proposition. Seek out opportunities to contribute to the business’s success through proactive involvement in team initiatives. What will you need? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with 5–7 years of related sales experience. Knowledge of major account selling and preference for experience in the construction market. Experience in wholesale distribution and understanding of the independent manufacturer rep model preferred. Excellent communication, planning and presentation skills. Experience in PHCP industry preferred. Ability to travel regionally up to 50% monthly. Preferred location: Northern California . Compensation Applicable to US job postings only: The expected compensation range for this position is $97,171–$145,756 per year. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. Internal equity among current employees will also be considered. Please note that this range represents the full base salary wage for the role and hiring at or near the top of the range is uncommon to ensure room for future pay advancement.
