What You'll Do
As an IT Consultant at BCG Platinion, you will collaborate on interdisciplinary teams of designers, engineers, researchers, technical experts, and consultants to develop leading IT concepts and architectural solutions. In this role, you will apply your sound technical know-how, understanding of business contexts, and analytical skills to enable organizations to technically transform.

* Solution and application architecture and evaluation of alternative approaches

What You'll Bring
You bring:
* Bachelor's Degree in information technology, business administration, computer science, business management, or system controls & engineering or a related field (Masters is a plus)
* Superior technical knowledge, engineering rigor, and creative problem-solving
* Ability to explain complex technology topics to executives
* Extensive technical expertise and knowledge of:
* Various technology stacks
* Cloud native applications and cloud services architecture
* Integration methodologies and tools

FOR U.S. APPLICANTS:
The first year base compensation for this role is $110,000 in USD. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus and BCG's Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF) contribution. BCG also provides a market leading benefits package described below. At BCG, we are committed to offering a comprehensive benefit program that includes everything our employees and their families need to be well and live life to the fullest. We pay the full cost of medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees - and their eligible family members. That's zero dollars in premiums taken from employee paychecks.
