About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Supervisor to lead strategic sourcing initiatives across services, capital expenditures (CapEx), and construction projects . This role plays a key part in driving cost efficiency, ensuring procurement compliance, and supporting large-scale operational and infrastructure initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience managing end‑to‑end procurement processes, negotiating supplier agreements, and partnering closely with cross‑functional teams including Legal, Finance, Quality, and Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for services, CapEx, and construction projects to maximize value and align with organizational goals Manage the end‑to‑end source‑to‑pay (S2P) procurement process , ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements Oversee procurement project execution, timelines, and deliverables across assigned categories and initiatives Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers based on cost, quality, delivery, service, and diversity criteria Negotiate pricing, contracts, terms & conditions, long‑term agreements, and Statements of Work (SOWs) Drive cost savings and cost avoidance through supplier consolidation, negotiations, and process improvements Track and report key procurement KPIs related to savings, delivery performance, compliance, and quality Serve as the primary procurement liaison with the Legal team for contract review and approvals Partner with internal stakeholders to forecast and plan procurement needs for services, CapEx, and construction projects Act as a key point of contact between internal teams and external suppliers to resolve issues and improve governance Ensure procurement compliance with quality and performance standards; collaborate with Quality teams on supplier non‑conformance issues Support internal and external audits by providing documentation, data, and justifications as required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field 3–5+ years of procurement experience , with emphasis on services and CapEx sourcing Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills Experience supporting construction or facilities‑related procurement is a strong plus Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships in a fast‑paced environment Highly adaptable, detail‑oriented, and solutions‑driven What’s Offered Competitive base salary plus performance bonus Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) retirement plan with employer match Generous paid time off and company holidays Ongoing professional development and training opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
