This is a Monday?Friday outpatient role focused on delivering high-quality care in a managed care setting.?? Position Highlights? Schedule: Monday?Friday, 8 AM?5 PM? Setting: Outpatient Internal Medicine? Contract Type: Permanent, full-time? Compensation: Competitive base salary + performance-based bonus potential? Locations: Multiple sites across central and southern Florida? Candidate Requirements ? Minimum 2 years of experience practicing as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant? Experience with Medicare Advantage ? required? Managed Care & Value-Based Care ? required? Active, unrestricted Florida license? Current BLS and ACLS certifications? Strong communication, attention to detail, and team-oriented mindset? Experience with EMR/EHR systems ? preferred?? Role Responsibilities ? Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients under the supervision of the Attending Physician? Develop and implement treatment protocols? Deliver care aligned with managed care and value-based principles?
