Premier Physician Services is partnering with a busy, well-established Internal Medicine group across central and southern Florida to fill a full-time, permanent need for an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA). This is a Monday?Friday outpatient role focused on delivering high-quality care in a managed care setting. ?? Position Highlights ? Schedule: Monday?Friday, 8 AM?5 PM ? Setting: Outpatient Internal Medicine ? Contract Type: Permanent, full-time ? Compensation: Competitive base salary + performance-based bonus potential ? Locations: Multiple sites across central and southern Florida ? Candidate Requirements ? Minimum 2 years of experience practicing as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant ? Experience with Medicare Advantage ? required ? Managed Care & Value-Based Care ? required ? Active, unrestricted Florida license ? Current BLS and ACLS certifications ? Strong communication, attention to detail, and team-oriented mindset ? Experience with EMR/EHR systems ? preferred ?? Role Responsibilities ? Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients under the supervision of the Attending Physician ? Develop and implement treatment protocols ?
