In this role, you’ll develop real sales and marketing skills by representing brand partners during in‑store promotions and engaging directly with customers. Our Junior Marketing Associates help drive new customer accounts and create positive interactions in a retail setting. We’re looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals who enjoy working with people, want to strengthen their communication skills, and are excited to grow in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Promote and sell client products and services through engaging, face‑to‑face interactions in partnered retail locations. Build strong customer relationships , drive brand awareness , and contribute to achieving sales goals . Participate in marketing events and promotions. Generate new sales. Provide product knowledge and customer support to enhance the overall client experience. Assist with lead generation and contribute to the early stages of the sales cycle.
