Interventional Cardiologist Farmington, MO $650K Base + $50K Sign-On + Full Benefits Location: Farmington, MissouriEmployment Type: Permanent Full-TimeStart Date: Flexible Position Overview An established Midwest healthcare organization is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Interventional Cardiologist to join a high-performing cardiology team in Farmington, MO , just 90 minutes from St. Louis. This full-time, hospital-employed position offers an exceptional work-life balance , no after-hours STEMI call , J1/H1B visa sponsorship , and the opportunity to work in a mentorship-driven, physician-led environment equipped with advanced cardiac facilities. Assignment Details Schedule: Monday Friday, 40 patient contact hours per week Weekend Call: 1:4 rotation; inpatient rounding on 8 10 patients/day Weeknight Call: 1 per week (rarely called in) STEMI Call: None after hours Procedures: Cardiac caths, PCI, CardioMEMS, and peripheral vascular procedures Optional: Pacemaker/device implantation (preferred but not required) Team Environment: Experienced cardiologists and APP support EMR: EPIC Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $650,000 (2-year guarantee) transition to wRVU modelSign-On Bonus: $50,000Training Stipend: $2,000/month for fellows still in trainingRelocation Assistance: ProvidedTime Off: 4 weeks PTO + 5 CME daysCME Allowance: Annual stipend providedComprehensive Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Insurance 401(k) with employer match + 457(b) FSA/HSA options Malpractice coverage with tail Tuition reimbursement & PSLF eligibility Employee Assistance Program & system-wide discounts High earning potential: Current cardiologists earn above the 80th percentile nationally Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology & Interventional Cardiology Completion of Interventional Cardiology Fellowship Missouri medical license (or willingness to obtain)DEA & CSR/CDS certifications (required prior to start)Clean malpractice/license history (highly preferred)Visa status (J1/H1B) Note: Interventional Cardiology Fellows welcome to apply.
