Position Highlights Provide both inpatient and outpatient cardiology care in a modern, patient-centered settingPerform cardiac catheterizations, PCI, CardioMEMS, and peripheral vascular proceduresEnjoy dedicated procedural time in a newly renovated cath lab1:4 call schedule (one night per week and one weekend per month; minimal call-backs)Work alongside a collaborative team of 2 Interventional Cardiologists, 1 Invasive Cardiologist, and 2 experienced APPsOptional device/pacemaker implantation opportunities (a plus but not required)Utilize EPIC EMR for seamless documentation and care coordinationParticipate in program development, community outreach, and regional cardiac service line collaborationExcellent mentorship available for early-career cardiologists Compensation & Benefits $650,000 base salary (2-year guarantee), then transition to a wRVU-based model$50,000 sign-on bonus$2,000 monthly fellowship stipend (for those still in training)Relocation assistance provided4 weeks PTO + 5 CME days and annual CME allowanceComprehensive benefits: health, dental, vision, life, disability401(k) with match and 457(b) retirement planMalpractice coverage with tailPSLF-eligible employer and tuition reimbursement optionsEmployee assistance programs and exclusive system-wide discountsHigh earning potential: current physicians earn above the 80th percentile nationally Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology and Interventional CardiologyCompletion of Interventional Cardiology FellowshipMissouri license (or willingness to obtain)DEA certificationClean malpractice and licensure history preferred2026 and 2027 fellows encouraged to apply Why Farmington, MO?
