Indiana, United States Entirely AG Full time

The Future of Marketing Starts Here Entirely is the first open Martech ecosystem to enable Tailored Marketing at Scale. Its mission is to build a whole world of marketing technology, powerfully personalized and finely calibrated, at scale. Entirely lays the foundation for hyper-personalized marketing by connecting and orchestrating existing marketing technologies while preserving and enhancing customers’ current Martech investments. Founded by Marmind, Censhare, Elaine, and Facelift, Entirely today serves more than 2,800 clients across twelve countries, with a team of over 400 professionals. It is more than a product or platform. It is a open ecosystem and a catalyst for marketing that matters. Entirely is creating the first AI-native operating system for marketing — a platform that allows enterprise teams to orchestrate campaigns, channels and content with unprecedented automation, personalization and control. Headquartered in Switzerland, we work with portfolio companies, strategic technology partners and leading academic institutions to address one of the biggest challenges in enterprise tech today: the fragmentation and complexity of the marketing stack. Join our dedicated hub for AI innovation, where bold ideas are tested, breakthrough capabilities are developed and emerging research is translated into enterprise‑ready solutions. In close collaboration with core business units and universities such as ETH Zurich, we move from rapid prototypes to production pilots that redefine how global marketing teams operate. We are now looking for a Cloud Engineering Lead to define the SaaS architecture and lead the technical evolution of this initiative. In this role, you will build and guide a small, multidisciplinary team of full‑stack engineers. You will work closely with our product, design and research counterparts, and interface with group‑level CTOs and enterprise architects. Your mandate is to make the fundamental architectural decisions for a Python‑based agent runtime and its supporting stack, and ensure that Entirely.ai scales as a secure, compliant and enterprise‑grade SaaS product. While hands‑on in the early days, your impact will be measured by how effectively you transition the organization from rapid prototyping to robust systems: establishing standards, processes, and infrastructure that enable reliability at scale. This includes designing for interoperability across heterogeneous group platforms (from legacy on‑premise systems to cloud‑native SaaS), while ensuring consistent governance and compliance. Much like a SaaS technical leader in a hyperscale environment, you will operate at the intersection of enterprise architecture and AI innovation: ensuring that agentic AI capabilities can be embedded into production systems that meet the performance, compliance and governance needs of global customers. Location : Hybrid (Zug & Zurich, Switzerland)Seniority : Senior / DirectorStart : As soon as possible Your Mission Lead and expand a small, high‑caliber engineering team with a focus on building scalable, secure SaaS infrastructure while staying close to the code. Define architecture and tech stack, and make the most fundamental technical decisions on behalf of the company in alignment with group‑level executive leadership. Own the transition from prototyping to production‑grade systems, ensuring interoperability across diverse enterprise environments (on‑premise, cloud, hybrid). Integrate AI/ML components built by applied researchers and ML engineers into robust SaaS products. Design and implement data pipelines and backends that support enterprise‑grade features such as multi‑tenancy, monitoring, logging and governance. Establish and enforce software engineering and DevOps best practices: CI/CD, automated testing, container orchestration, security hardening. Ensure solutions are compliant with GDPR, EU AI Act and internal governance frameworks. Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers and AI researchers/engineers to turn prototypes into customer‑ready assistants and agents. Occasionally represent Entirely externally (conferences, meetups, blog posts) as a technical thought leader. Your Profile Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field. 8+ years of experience in designing and scaling SaaS architectures: multi‑tenant, cloud‑native systems, APIs, SDKs and enterprise integrations. Strong proficiency in Python (for backends and pipelines) and working knowledge of front‑end ecosystems (React/TypeScript) to guide full‑stack teams. Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS strongly preferred; GCP and Azure a plus) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Ability to integrate ML services into enterprise SaaS platforms. Familiarity with MLOps tooling and workflows (MLflow, Weights & Biases or similar) a plus. Demonstrated ability to lead small teams: mentoring, setting direction, managing priorities, balancing R&D with delivery. Startup mentality: hands‑on, pragmatic, able to shift between architecture, infrastructure, and delivery. Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to influence both engineers and executive stakeholders, including CTOs of other portfolio companies. Willing to be in Zug and/or Zurich for in‑person team meetings (1–2 days/week). We Offer You will join a high‑ambition, low‑ego environment where innovation meets the real‑world complexity of enterprise marketing. As part of the DuMont Media Group — with roots tracing back to the 17th century and today calling itself a ‘startup with over 400 years of tradition’ — we combine the speed of a startup with the network and resources of an established group. We are still at the beginning of our journey, which means you will have significant creative leeway to shape what we do and leave a visible impact from day one. This is also an opportunity to work at the forefront of agentic AI, applying it to a domain where the next paradigm shift is already taking shape. Direct collaboration with world‑class AI researchers and experienced industry partners. Competitive salary, performance‑based incentives. Opportunities for professional growth, with direct access to executive mentors, investor networks, and cutting‑edge AI research. Flexible working hours, both hybrid and remote work options with regular collaboration days in Zurich or Zug. Team events and game nights — from hiking in the Swiss Alps to table soccer, lunch & learning, and board games. English as our default language, plus snackable (Swiss‑)German lessons from local colleagues. A diverse, international, and collaborative culture that values initiative, openness, and delivering tangible results. Optional relocation assistance for internationals. What Awaits You at Entirely A strategic, relationship focused role at the heart of one of Europe’s most innovative Martech initiatives. The opportunity to shape high‑impact executive relationships and define how ecosystem‑led transformation is done. A fast‑moving, collaborative environment with entrepreneurial freedom and shared purpose with exposure to an international network of marketing and technology experts Ready to Lead Ecosystem Success? If you want to be part of a bold Martech movement — then we’d love to meet you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
