If you are passionate about cardiac health and possess the skills to handle complex EP procedures, this is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to patient outcomes while enjoying competitive compensation.Required Skills:Board Certification (BC) or Board Eligibility (BE) in Cardiology with Electrophysiology specialization Valid Arizona medical license (or eligible to license in Arizona) Minimum of 1 year of electrophysiology experience Proficiency with Abbott Ensite-X Mapping system Ability to perform and interpret ablations, especially heart rhythm disturbance procedures Experience with TEE procedures and moderate sedation Ability to independently manage moderate sedation ACLS certification Knowledge of Cerner EMR system Strong clinical skills in managing adult patient populations in a hospital and outpatient setting Nice to Have Skills:Experience with cardiac arrhythmia management Prior experience in hospital consults related to electrophysiology Familiarity with additional electrophysiology equipment and advanced technologies Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams Preferred Education and Experience:MD or DO degree from an accredited institution Successful completion of residency and electrophysiology fellowship At least one year of practical EP procedure experience, especially ablations, documented in case logs Other Requirements:AZ medical licensure or eligibility DEA registration in Arizona Willingness to work shifts from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, including potential overtime at 1.5x rate and recognized holidays at 1.5x pay Ability to complete credentialing within approximately 30 days Travel and licensure reimbursements available where applicable This position offers a highly competitive hourly pay rate of $407.55, along with comprehensive benefits including weekly direct deposit payments, medical coverage, a robust referral bonus program, paid sick leave, and other reimbursements as applicable.
