Position Summary The solution consulting & sales engineering team is a critical part of League’s growth organization. It focuses on applying League’s platform capabilities to power new digital consumer experiences in healthcare. As a Principal, Solutions Engineering, you will lead deep technical engagements, partner with strategic account directors, and help chart League’s broader strategy for delivering a better digital health experience for consumers. In This Role, You Will Partner with prospective customers and their business, product, digital & IT teams to design what’s possible in redefining digital healthcare and benefits for millions of consumers. Demonstrate a deep knowledge of League’s platform and technology capabilities, architect solutions, and articulate how those solutions connect to key business drivers such as growth, service automation, experience transformation, high‑engagement care delivery, and population health. Visualize best‑in‑class health experiences through presentations, mock‑ups, and demonstrations in collaboration with League’s product & design teams. Work cross‑functionally with customer, implementation, product, and engineering teams to turn strategy, solutions, and requirements into concrete action plans for building, launching, and scaling new digital health experiences. Align with Strategic Account Directors on RFP/RFIs, partner contracts, and technical evaluations. Security‑related responsibilities: Compliance with Information Security Policies Compliance with League’s secure coding practice Responsibility for executing League's policies and procedures Notification of HR, Legal, Compliance & Security of any incidents or breaches What We’re Looking For 8+ years of solutions engineering, pre‑sales, or solutions consulting experience 10+ years of total professional experience Deep healthcare (specifically payer) industry experience in sales, business development, or strategy consulting Experience leading solution architecture and software demonstrations for healthcare IT, digital health, or patient engagement solutions Platform‑as‑a‑Service or Software‑as‑a‑Service experience Excellent storytelling and communication skills, including presenting complex solutions to executive, technical, and non‑technical audiences Bachelor’s equivalency – minimum Nice‑to‑Have Master’s equivalency Product management experience Compensation US applicants only: $175,000—$200,000 USD. Canada applicants only: $165,000—$210,000 CAD.
