Sr. Technical Program Manager, Field Repairs & Processes We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Program Manager to join our team at Tesla. In the Sr. Technical Program Manager, Field Repairs and Processes role, you will be responsible for owning and optimizing field service activities within the Industrial Storage fleet. The successful candidate will maintain high standards for process additions, prioritize activities to align with organizational goals, and drive efficiencies in field repairs, acting as a key liaison between Operations teams and cross-functional partners to ensure successful change management.
