Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Greater Houston for a Tax Manager. The Tax Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of tax compliance, tax planning, and tax preparation for clients. The role involves staying up-to-date with current tax laws, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in tax filings, and providing expert advice to clients on tax strategies and regulations. The Tax Manager will also assist in audits and collaborate with other team members to deliver high-quality services. Qualifications Proficiency in Tax Planning and developing strategies to optimize tax liabilities Strong expertise in Tax Compliance, Tax Preparation, and ensuring accurate filings Comprehensive understanding of Tax Law and regulatory requirements Knowledge of various tax processes, including corporate, individual, and partnership tax Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail Ability to effectively manage a team and meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or EA certification preferred Experience with tax software and accounting tools Seniority Level Mid-Senior level Employment Type Full-time Job Function Accounting/Auditing and Finance Industries Accounting #J-18808-Ljbffr
