At CCHS, our Acute Care department staffing has 1 – 2 CNA’s staffed to assist RN’s with patient care. As a Critical Access Hospital, our Nursing Leadership steps up to the plate to assist on the floor, working elbow to elbow with staff to give our community the care they need. We offer hands-on training, as we have Simulation’s available for education and skills practice.

Compensation:

* $19.23 - $27.00 per hour depending on experience
* Differentials added for time worked nights and weekends

* Nights (7PM to 7AM): $1.25 per hour
* Weekends (midnight Friday to midnight Sunday): $1.00 per hour

* Referral Bonuses are available for certain positions hired at CCHS

*CCHS is looking for a Per Diem CNA. *Our Acute Care team works to ensure improvement in patient health and that their needs are taken care of. This may include activities of daily living, patient hygiene, taking vital signs, and EKGs. Patient medical information is recorded in their Electronic Health Record, Meditech Expanse.
