Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $, to $, per year. Job Responsibilities: Leads the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process across corporate and business units Oversees working capital management and balance sheet forecasting initiatives Guides preparation of monthly financial reporting for the Board of Directors and executive leadership Manages the quarterly business review process and supports development of strategic presentations Supports long-range financial projections and provides insights for strategic planning Requirements: Operates with a methodical and organized approach to completing projects Builds and maintains strong partnerships with stakeholders across the organization Focuses on customer service and responds effectively to internal and external needs Provides constructive feedback and balances workload under pressure Communicates clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA or MBA preferred 10+ years of experience in corporate finance or a related field Demonstrates strong knowledge of accounting and finance operations; familiarity with Planful is a plus Applies advanced Excel skills and maintains high attention to detail Thrives in a fast-paced environment and manages multiple competing priorities #J-18808-Ljbffr
