Recruitment/Posting Title: Assistant/Associate Professor of Medicine – Multiple Positions (IM Hepatology) Posting Number: 23FA1086Position Status: Full Time Position Summary The Department of Medicine, Division of Liver Disease and Transplant Hepatology at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School seeks qualified candidates at the Assistant or Associate Professor level for full-time academic positions in liver disease and transplant hepatology. Successful candidates will be board eligible/certified in Internal Medicine and will have completed at least one year of advanced training in liver disease and transplant hepatology. Responsibilities Provide general and advanced inpatient and outpatient hepatology consultation services at University Hospital. Support the training of hepatology fellows and medical residents. Support the educational needs of New Jersey Medical School in liver disease and transplant hepatology. Actively support the research mission of the division. Exhibit superior clinical, teaching, and interpersonal skills. Qualifications Board eligible/certified in Internal Medicine. Completed at least one year of advanced training in liver disease and transplant hepatology. MD/DO. Benefits Medical, prescription drug, and dental coverage.
