Job Description Full-Time | Sales Execution | Competitive Pay & Benefits We’re seeking a motivated Residential Landscape Project Sales Representative to join our Seattle-based team. What You’ll Do: Identify sales leads and conduct consultations to understand client needs for residential landscapes Estimate project costs and create detailed proposals Present proposals and close sales on custom outdoor projects (not all projects require designs) Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals Collaborate with installation teams to ensure smooth project hand off; share projects with seasoned designers when needed (resulting in a small commission split); continue to support the client relationship during installation Why Work With Us? Requirements Experience in sales, preferably in landscaping, home improvement, or related fields Proven track record of closing home improvement projects and meeting sales targets Horticultural proficiency is essential, along with knowledge of design concepts and construction estimating Strong communication and relationship-building skills Passion for client-focused sales Professional and approachable demeanor CAD experience is a plus but not required Availability for evening or Saturday appointments is required No overnight travel Guaranteed base of $45,000 annually ($21.63/hour) 15% commission on installed revenue (net of write-offs and credits), with excess paid monthly Small commission split on projects shared with seasoned designers Target total compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 Medical, vision, and dental Immediate career advancement opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
