Read and interpret plans, ensuring proper execution of construction elements. Maintain high standards for safety, quality assurance, and site readiness. Troubleshoot issues on-site and implement effective solutions. Train and mentor crew members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Proven experience in landscape construction, including hardscape, retaining walls, water features, irrigation, and planting. Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety regulations. Ability to work in various weather conditions and handle physical tasks.
