Washington, United States Chainlink Labs Full time

About Chainlink Chainlink is the industry‑standard oracle platform bringing the capital markets onchain and powering the majority of decentralized finance (DeFi). The Chainlink stack provides the essential data, interoperability, compliance, and privacy standards needed to power advanced blockchain use cases for institutional tokenized assets, lending, payments, stablecoins, and more. Since inventing decentralized oracle networks, Chainlink has enabled tens of trillions in transaction value and now secures the vast majority of DeFi. Many of the world’s largest financial services institutions have also adopted Chainlink’s standards and infrastructure, including Swift, Euroclear, Mastercard, Fidelity International, UBS, S&P Dow Jones Indices, FTSE Russell, WisdomTree, ANZ, and top protocols such as Aave, Lido, GMX and many others. Chainlink leverages a novel fee model where off‑chain and on‑chain revenue from enterprise adoption is converted to LINK tokens and stored in a strategic Chainlink Reserve. Learn more at chain.link. About The Role As a Product Marketing Manager at Chainlink Labs, you'll be at the forefront of bringing world‑class Web3 infrastructure to market. You’ll lead the launch of new features and services, crafting compelling narratives and go‑to‑market strategies that span decentralized finance (DeFi), capital markets, and beyond. From defining positioning and messaging to coordinating cross‑functional execution, you'll ensure each launch is strategically sound and flawlessly delivered. This role sits at the intersection of technical innovation and market adoption. You’ll work closely with product, go‑to‑market, content, and the wider marketing team to execute launches and campaigns that articulate the value of our offerings to both crypto‑native developers and enterprise stakeholders. Your work will help bridge the worlds of DeFi and traditional finance—translating complex technology into impactful business outcomes while keeping Chainlink’s messaging sharp, relevant, and ahead of the curve. Your Impact Own and Execute Product Launches: Lead the GTM strategy and execution for multiple product and feature launches. Define launch strategy, align internal stakeholders, craft positioning, and execute coordinated cross‑functional campaigns with measurable impact across adoption, awareness, and engagement. Craft Resonant Messaging: Develop and refine messaging, naming, and positioning frameworks tailored for both technical and non‑technical audiences. Collaborate closely with product, go‑to‑market, content, and ecosystem teams to translate complex technical features into clear, business‑focused value propositions. Drive Cross‑Channel Campaigns: Lead campaigns that reinforce Chainlink’s leadership and product narrative across key services. Develop audience‑specific strategies that align product goals with user needs across the marketing funnel. Bridge Traditional and Onchain Finance: Help shape Chainlink’s narrative as a foundational layer for both DeFi and institutional finance by crafting positioning and GTM strategies that connect technical innovation to enterprise value. Collaborate and Influence: Act as the go‑to marketing lead for your product category. Be a key partner across teams, consulted on all launches and strategic initiatives related to your portfolio. Market Intelligence: Continuously synthesize user, market, and competitive insights to inform positioning and strategic decisions. Monitor trends in crypto, fintech, and enterprise infrastructure to keep messaging relevant and differentiated. Requirements 5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in banking, capital markets, or fintech. Proven experience owning go‑to‑market strategy and execution for multiple successful product or feature launches. Strong messaging and positioning skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally across product, engineering, content, and broader marketing teams. Skilled at translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling value propositions. Proven ability to develop campaign strategies that align product objectives with audience needs throughout the user journey. Excellent project management and written communication skills with strong attention to detail. Analytical and insights‑driven, with a track record of using research and data to shape marketing strategy. Preferred Requirements Experience working with or marketing to traditional financial institutions, capital markets, fintechs, or on developer platforms. Familiarity with the blockchain ecosystem, including key players, protocols, and technical trends. Technical background or strong comfort working with technical products.
