Weekly travel stipend: $29/hr

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care and support to ensure the comfort and well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Assist with patient assessments and care planning
- Provide wound care and dressing changes
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records

Qualifications:
- Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing
- Strong knowledge of physiology and healthcare practices
- Experience in infant care, administering injections, tube feeding, and health coaching
- Previous experience in nursing homes, hospitals, or clinics is preferred
- Familiarity with Epic or similar electronic health record systems is a plus
