Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in various medical settings.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Monitor and record patient vital signs
- Assist with patient assessments and care planning
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and treatments
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
Experience:
- Experience in Dementia care, Patient care, Pediatrics, and working with people with developmental disabilities is preferred
- Familiarity with laboratory procedures and cardiac catheterization
- Ability to work in inpatient, ER, and HIPAA-compliant environments
- Proficiency in inhalation therapy is a plus
