ADA Support Driver Supervisor

The Company provides essential transportation services including multi-mode operations, integrated command centers, electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure, technology, analytics and business intelligence, maintenance, cleaning, and rider experience measurement.
Shift: Part-Time; Weekends ONLY; 8 am - 1 pm or 12:30 pm - 9 pm

Responsibilities:
• Provide on site support to ADA Disgo drivers and riders
• Assign Disgo Drivers to appropriate riders
• Enter Disgo rider request in TMS software
• Ensures that all drivers report on time, perform a complete and correct vehicle inspection
• Communicate any issues with Supervisor and escalate appropriately
• Oversees Drivers breaks and schedules relief Drivers as necessary
• Enforces all work rules, policies, and procedures and notifies Operations Manager whenever these rules or policies are violated.
• Operates ADA Golf Cart
• Assists passengers and their baggage/equipment with vehicle entry and exit
• Records trip activity via provided technology
• Ensures maintenance appointment minders are adhered to
• Ensures operational readiness of vehicle is maintained: vehicle interior exterior cleanliness, pleasant vehicle odor, amenities provided as appropriate etc.
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Experience working with disability accommodation
• Must be computer literate and have some experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must be able to work various shifts (day, evening, nights, weekends) as required by the needs of the business. Flexible availability required.
• Read, write and speak English to the extent necessary in order to perform his/her essential responsibilities.
• Must poses good communication skills and be able to handle the public in a courteous non-hostile manner.
Training & Experience:
• Must have a valid Drivers License
• Must have previous 1 year driving experience
