Direct Care Supervisor

Telecare Corporation is seeking a skilled Direct Care Supervisor to join our team. As a Direct Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising assigned staff and providing rehabilitative support services for adults with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of behavioral health services and a passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise assigned staff and provide guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for members served
- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care and support
- Monitor and report on member progress and outcomes
- Provide training and education to staff on behavioral health services and best practices
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Two years of experience providing direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities; at least one year of experience working with adult individuals
- Board certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Qualified Behavior Modification Professional (QBM) required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
