A reputable Internal Medicine Practice in Palm Springs, California, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join its dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established practice, providing high-quality patient care in a beautiful and thriving community. Compensation & Benefits: Salary based on experience Comprehensive healthcare benefits: Medical, Vision, and Dental Generous paid time off: Vacation: 15 days Holidays: 8 days Sick Time: 5 days Retirement plan: 401K Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance: $4,000 Job Details: Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (1-hour lunch) Patient care: Same-day visits, ED follow-ups, annual wellness exams, and longitudinal care Patient load: 12-15 patients per day Call schedule: 3-5 times per month Requirements: Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP) Active California NP license (or in progress) 1+ years of experience in a primary care setting preferred About Palm Springs, California: Palm Springs is a vibrant desert oasis known for its breathtaking mountain views, mid-century modern architecture, and rich arts scene.
