This entry-level role will support the sales and marketing departments by gathering, analyzing, and organizing contact and market data to help drive sales and business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, assist in reporting, and contribute to data-driven decisions that improve both sales outcomes and marketing initiatives.


As the Sales and Marketing Analyst at Digilock you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales and marketing teams by sourcing, verifying, and organizing business contact information, analyzing market trends, and helping ensure accurate CRM data management. The successful candidate will leverage online directories, social media platforms, and email verification tools to research and qualify new leads and assist with actionable insights to help our business development efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven, detail-oriented individual to gain experience in market research, data analysis, and lead generation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Prospecting: Responsible for systematically locating and researching business contact information to develop new business opportunities by leveraging data intelligence platforms, social media and other sources to research prospective customers.
  • Data Management: Create and maintain CRM contact information in Hubspot and update existing records to ensure data accuracy and availability for reporting and analysis.
  • Sales Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for sales growth. Provide regular reports on sales performance and help identify areas for improvement.
  • Market Research and Monitoring: Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to assist in identifying target audiences and business development strategies.
  • Campaign Performance and Reporting: Analyze key metrics such as lead volume, conversion rates, ROI, and campaign engagement to track the effectiveness of outbound prospecting campaigns. Maintain regular reports and produce summaries with actionable insights and optimization opportunities.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing operations, sales analysis, marketing analysis, or a related role (internships or relevant coursework can be considered).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights Strong problem-solving abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to take a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other data management tools.
  • A basic understanding of CRM systems (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.) and business intelligence tools (ZoomInfo, Apollo, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams, managing multiple tasks effectively.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with marketing analytics and project management tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Asana)
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in both sales and marketing domains
  • A team-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving collective goals
  • Resourcefulness: ability to find new or more effective ways to identify our target customers
  • Ability to quickly learn complex topics and understand the needs of the business to work independently
  • Prior experience with Marketing Automation software is a plus
  • Knowledge or interest in technology, corporate furnishings, or corporate design markets is preferred
