Responsibilities:
- Support, maintain, and optimize the Human Capital Management (HCM) system.
- Analyze system processes, functions, business process configurations, and escalated system troubleshooting
- Research and implement new features & solutions for the HCM system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) with a strong emphasis on Workday.
- Proven proficiency in core HCM configurations and reporting within the Workday platform.
- Certification in Workday HCM is highly desirable.
- Prior experience providing user support for Workday HCM system is essential.
