Job Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate proficiency in key technical areas, including Cisco UCCX/UCCE, Voice Gateways, Cisco CAD and Finesse Agent Desktop Applications, Cisco Unity Connection, and Cisco IM & Presence.

- Possess a clear understanding of Cisco Voice network deployment models and the functionality of voice network devices.

- Utilize VOIP and Performance Management Tools effectively, with experience in integrating them with other tools.

- Propose design updates and changes based on new features and functions, ensuring optimal system performance.

- Exhibit strong troubleshooting skills with Cisco IPT & IPCC Express/Enterprise and in-depth technical knowledge of SIP and interworking with media gateways.

- Collaborate with customer technical representatives and provide recommendations for deploying new features, implementing changes, testing, and handing over to the customer.

- Manage requests and provide training using ITSM tools, while mentoring the existing team.


Minimum Qualifications:

- At least 4 years of experience with Cisco Call Manager.

- Bachelor’s degree.


Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with Network Security.

- Experience with Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE), Cisco Routing and Switching, Cisco UCCE, Cisco Voice, and Voice over IP (VoIP).
