The firm is well versed in complex issues of litigation.


The Tarich Law Firm has advised insureds on complex insurance litigation and on routine and complex coverage issues. The firm focuses on ensuring that our clients receive the benefits of complex litigation experience.


The Tarich Law Firm is dedicated to working with clients to determine the scope and adequacy of their insurance coverage program. The firm’s in-depth knowledge of insurance law, insurance policy forms and procedures, as well as direct experience working with policyholders and public adjusters can result in a competitive advantage to our clients. The firm’s broad understanding of the many aspects of insurance law allows us to focus on guiding clients through even the most complicated insurance challenges.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trial Attorney located in Hollywood, FL at The Tarich Law Firm P.A. The Trial Attorney will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents, and advise clients on legal matters. The Trial Attorney will also research and analyze legal issues, write motions and memoranda of law, attend court hearings and trials, and conduct and defend depositions.


Qualifications

  • Expertise in Law and knowledge of legal procedures, regulations, and standards
  • Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents
  • Familiarity with presenting cases in Courts and conducting Trials and Depositions
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a large caseload
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (Juris Doctor) from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the Florida Bar
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a law firm, with a focus on trial work
  • Experience in first property insurance
