On behalf of our client, an international company employing over 500 people in the US subsidiary, manufacturing cosmetics for major beauty labels, we are looking for a Showroom Coordinator.


Our client is a multinational company, leader in contract manufacturing cosmetics and offers the same high-quality standards and technology with a global presence and local approach through 15 commercial offices and 15 production facilities in 12 countries. It is the largest supplier in the cosmetic industry and the most important player in R&D and production of beauty products in the world. Season after season, the company interprets beauty, creating lines of products from brands in every corner of the globe.



Responsibilities

This is the ideal role for a recent college graduate brimming with passion for the beauty industry and it is a great way to kickstart your marketing career in the cosmetic/makeup industry.

As a Showroom Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining our showroom's impeccable appearance, ensuring it reflects the prestigious corporate aesthetic. You'll liaise with building staff as well as troubleshoot office space issues and guarantee a well-supported and orderly environment. Partnering with IT, you'll ensure all audio/visual and IT systems are in top-notch condition. Plus, you'll coordinate showroom product conversions and ensure our conference rooms are always "meeting ready."



Other duties include but not limited to:


  • Prep conference rooms for client presentations.
  • Maintain and replenish Office Supplies.
  • Maintain monthly office expense reporting log.



Administrative Support

  • Maintain and circulate weekly client meeting reports to leadership team.
  • Maintain GLOBAL AGENDA and ensure it aligns with local calendar meetings.
  • Schedule/Manage agendas for global visitors.
  • Coordinate/support special office events (dinners, meetings, lunches and parties).
  • Coordinate holiday gifting.



Account Development Support

  • Coordinate Open House Promotional Events.
  • Sample Room Maintenance and Inventory.
  • Deploy Samples for client requests.
  • Coordinate merchandise for clients.



Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1+ Year(s) work experience (beauty preferred).
  • Excel and PowerPoint Superuser.
  • Passion for the Makeup Industry.
  • Ability to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
