Strategic Systems has an immediate need for a Sr. Solutions Sales Specialist to join our team

The Solutions Sales Specialist will work as a consultative sales professional that is responsible for driving revenue growth and bringing in new business from current customers and prospects. They will help solve complex business needs of current and prospective customers by aligning their customer’s needs with Strategics’ unique brand of solutions.


The Solutions Sales Specialist will:


  • Collaborate across teams to create customized customer solutions, actively contributing to and executing successful Go-to-Market strategies.
  • Identify and foster strategic alliances to optimize the deployment of our solutions.
  • Provide consultative expertise and solutions throughout the sales process, from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Build high-performing teams, streamline operations, and enhance overall organizational efficiency.
  • Offer valuable market insights to executive leadership, identifying opportunities to expand our business and revenue.
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships through exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated success in driving digital transformation solutions that improve customer satisfaction and return on investment.
  • Successful track record in consultative sales, especially with C-suite executives.


Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise b2b sales
  • 3+ years of experience in IT sales sector
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to travel locally and occasionally outside of the region


A technology solutions sales professional must be able to communicate some technical details and capabilities of products to clients and demonstrate how the solution will meet the client’s needs. They must possess presentation skills and be adept at relationship-building, negotiation, and communication, and they should be able to meet and exceed sales goals and objectives. Some technical background and functional knowledge of each product and service and its respective capabilities are also necessary, and we are willing and excited to train the candidate as needed.
