Position Summary:

Our Recruiting Coordinator plays a vital role within our Talent Acquisition team. Providing seamless support to candidates, recruiters, and clients, you help make dreams happen for our clients and candidates

FireFly-HR is a boutique People Strategy company based in Phoenix, Arizona. The FireFly Talent Acquisition Team partners with small to medium sized companies to develop talent strategies and find top talent to meet the business needs and unique culture of each client.



Who YOU Are and WHAT You’ll Be Doing as a Recruiting Coordinator:

  • Collaborative - You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and company leaders to understand our client’s position requirements, candidate requirements, and cultural expectations.
  • Skilled Communicator - You will write compelling job descriptions and post on various platforms to attract top talent.
  • Naturally Curious - With a strong desire to learn, you will find creative solutions to source candidates from multiple platforms.
  • Attention to Detail - With an eye for detail, and training on methods to identify talent, you will evaluate resumes against job expectations.
  • Relationship Builder - You will develop pipelines of candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Growth Mindset– We are a young and agile team. We will count on you to help with continuous improvement within the FireFly team and offer creative solutions for the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Love – You are results oriented. At FireFly, we focus on candidate quality and overall placement success. You love being the client and candidate “match-maker”.

The Details:

  • Full-time salary with paid PTO
  • Very flexible remote/hybrid schedule.
  • BA/BS required, this is an ideal role for a recent college grad looking to start their career in HR or recruiting.
