About you:

  • You are a motivated and talented attorney with 3-5 years of experience in Employment law compliance advice and counseling.
  • Drafting and negotiating employment agreements, separation agreements, and workplace policies.
  • Litigation in areas such as trade secrets, employee mobility, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and whistleblower claims.
  • Conducting due diligence and advising on employment-related aspects of corporate M&A transactions.


You will bring:

  • Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
  • Confidence and effectiveness in client interactions, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and provide responsive, practical advice.
  • Broad legal and business knowledge to counsel clients on complex matters.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Membership in the California Bar.
