Process Engineer

We're hiring a Process Engineer for a leading manufacturing company. Your role involves ensuring safety, environmental compliance, and process improvements. Here's a snapshot of your responsibilities and requirements:

Responsibilities:

· Lead safety and environmental compliance, fostering a culture of safety engagement.

· Provide team training, guidance, and maintain a positive work environment.

· Support the design and installation of equipment and processes.

· Drive continuous process improvements, collaborating with Operations and Engineering.

· Lead continuous improvement initiatives, analyze operational data, and support capital improvement projects.

· Conduct risk analysis and be a back-up supervisor when needed.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in metallurgical or chemical engineering (MS/MBA is a plus).

· 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in heavy manufacturing.

· Strong technical and analytical skills, proficiency in SPC and DOE methodologies.

· Previous project management experience is advantageous.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and prior supervisory experience.

· Command of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement mindset.

· Effective communication skills for collaboration.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel), familiarity with other software applications is a plus.

· Willingness to learn and grow within the company.

· Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards is a plus.
