Responsibilities:

· Partner with department heads to achieve consistent, efficient processes operating within defined parameters.

· Design and document systems for process monitoring and control to maximize operational efficiency.

· Provide engineering expertise to diagnose and address technical challenges as they arise.

· Collaborate closely with department leaders to identify and implement process improvements and enhance equipment reliability.

· Assess and enhance the performance of critical measurement equipment using advanced statistical techniques.

· Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods to visually model process behavior and facilitate continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

· Demonstrated experience in manufacturing engineering or a similar role.

· Profound understanding of statistical methodologies and their practical application in process optimization.

· Proficiency in implementing Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods.

· Exceptional problem-solving skills and adeptness at troubleshooting technical issues.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work cross-functionally.
