Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree With 1-3 Years of Systems or Business Analyst Experience

• Miscellaneous MS Visio-1 Year Experience

• Networking & Directories Incident Management-1 Year Experience

• Packaged Applications Microsoft Project 2013

• Packaged Applications MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)-1 - 2 Years Experience

• Packaged Applications MS Project-1 Year Experience


Required skills (rank in order of importance):

• Strong organizational skills

• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills

• Advanced Microsoft word, and excel, and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Project, Visio, and access. SHAREPOINT

• Knowledge of software development life cycle

SCOPE OF THE PROJECT:

This position includes the potential for working with multiple projects related to the Medicaid system of Client. This position involves working with staff from both Client Medicaid it and Medicaid it services at Client. Primary responsibility will be to support the oversight pm in coordinating and collaborating to collect project Artifacts and communicate to all stakeholders. Also assist the incident manager with internal communications, assisting with incident response tasks and collect incident metrics on a weekly and monthly basis.

Under general supervision, the Project Coordinator assists the oversight Project Manager with weekly meeting coordination as well as job duties listed below.


Project Coordinator Job Duties:

• Coordinate all aspects of project coordination

• Collaborate with internal team members to collect project artifacts including estimations, project plans, communication all relevant project milestones and obstacles

• Ensure all project artifacts are collected and documented in MS Teams and/or SharePoint

• Provides management reports to project manager on the various states that each project might be in the pipeline

• Works closely with Release team to ensure Release process, policies and procedures communication are followed and projects planned accordingly to be on the release calendar

• Assist the Project Manager in documenting meeting minutes and distributing them to appropriate team members

• Update the Release Dashboard with pertinent project information in coordination with the oversight Project Manager on a regular basis

• Assist the Release Manager with Post-implementation data analysis

• Build a strong working relationship with Client team and with Client projects staff

• Assist the Incident Manager with coordinating internal meetings for all Major Incidents. Follow-up on all open incident metrics and work with the necessary team members to resolve and document the root cause and permanent fixes

• Assist the Incident Manager in creating Change Requests for incidents that have a permanent fix
