SYSTEMTEC is seeking a candidate with a background and at least 2 years of experience in analysis/incident management and project coordination of IT projects. This opportunity could be an excellent stepping towards a career in project management Partial onsite in Clemson/Anderson, SC area.


Required Qualifications of the IT Project Coordinator:

  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
  • At least 2 years of experience in systems analysis/coordination of IT projects.
  • Cursory knowledge/experience with ticketing systems.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • MS Project and MS Visio knowledge/experience.
  • Highly preferred: Completed Bachelor’s Degree.


Responsibilities of the IT Project Coordinator:

  • Assist the Project Manager in documenting meeting minutes and distributing them to team members.
  • Assist the Incident Manager with coordinating internal meetings for major incidents.
  • Follow up on open incident metrics.
  • Create Change Requests.


Work Location: Partial remote/onsite in Clemson, SC area.
