Job Duties

  • Assist with the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade and support of all IT systems, including telecommunications, servers, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software, peripherals, and Office Automation equipment
  • Create and Maintain processes and documentation
  • Troubleshoot computer networks and systems including software, VPNs, routers and other physical hardware when issues arise
  • Assist with the installation and configuration network equipment to update or fix hardware or software issues
  • Monitoring computer systems to improve network performance for computer systems and networks
  • Communicating networking issues to other employees and management
  • Fixing software and hardware configuration issues for users or from inspection of the systems
  • Assist in onboarding operations with the installation, configuration and ongoing usability/training of system hardware and software
  • Offer daily operations and systems support to personnel
  • Provide support and maintenance on our digital copiers and scanners
  • Onboarding and Offboarding of users
  • Experience with the following systems
  • Datto
  • IT-Glue
  • Salesforce CRM
  • Office 365
  • Office 365 Admin
  • Other duties as assigned

Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience: 4-5 Years of Experience in the Technology field required
  • Education: Associate degree in a related field, 2 Years of College or 2 years of related work experience preferred
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong communication, patience, and a customer-focused approach.
  • Teamwork: Collaboration with colleagues and escalation of complex issues when needed.
  • Eagerness to Learn: Continual learning and staying updated on IT trends is important.
  • Soft Skills: Problem-solving, adaptability, and a positive attitude are assets.
