Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Business Development located in Gibbsboro, NJ. The Director of Business Development will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with New Business Development, Business Planning, Lead Generation, Contract Negotiation, and Account Management.


  • Sell warehousing software solutions to new prospects
  • Upsell additional software modules to current customers
  • Update company Zoho CRM with all sales activities
  • Generate proposals and related sales documents for prospects and customers
  • Attend industry trade shows and events to support lead generation for sales
  • Travel to potential customer locations for sales presentations



Qualifications

  • New Business Development and Account Management skills
  • Experience in Business Planning and Contract Negotiation
  • Lead Generation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the distribution or logistics industry is a plus
