We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Digital & Social Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team This entry-level role will play a key part in ensuring our digital presence is impactful and well-managed. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about social media and marketing within the restaurant industry.


Job Summary

The Digital & Social Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels including our website, app, digital menu boards, social media, email and SMS. Manage external vendors, as needed.


Key Responsibilities

  • Website Content Updates: Update and maintain website content using the Drupal CMS to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Ecommerce Campaign Management: Generate and manage promo codes for digital marketing campaigns. Track usage and provide reports to ensure effectiveness.
  • SMS Program Management: Execute SMS strategic plan within budget, reporting on results to continually optimizing the program. Provide monthly SMS recap.
  • Influencer Program Management: Develop and execute influencer campaign strategy utilizing influencer management platform. Identify, vet, and establish partnerships with influencers that align with brand values and objectives. Report on results.
  • Social Media Coordination: Schedule and post content across all social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, X, Pinterest, TikTok) following the brand voice and guidelines. Monitor engagement and respond to customer inquiries and comments. Support paid media strategy on social channels.
  • Local Pages Management: Create and manage Apple Maps, Yelp, Google My Business, and Facebook local pages to maintain consistency and visibility. Ensure business information is accurate and up to date. Monitor and track online reviews using platforms like Review Trackers, to communicate feedback and trends to internal teams for continuous improvement.Provide on-site support for photoshoots and other marketing-driven events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Familiarity in digital marketing, including content creation, social media, SMS + email marketing, and website management.
  • Proficiency in social media + content creation platforms, Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
