This role provides dedicated support for the lead advisor and shared support across the team.You are personable, detail-oriented, organized, resourceful, and thrive in a collaborative environment. Applicants should be proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn proprietary software quickly. Knowledge of the insurance and financial industry is a plus, as you will help collect and process new business from application to completion while adhering to strict compliance procedures.What You'll DoResponsibilities:Submit client applications and proactively monitor business in progress to ensure timely follow-throughCommunicate effectively with underwriting and review teams to support seamless case progressionRespond to client inquiries and service requests with professionalism and careDocument all client-related activities and updates in the CRM system accuratelyAnticipate needs and provide strategic support to busy advisors across the practiceBuild genuine and positive rapport with clients and prospects, reinforcing trust and long-term engagementSchedule annual review appointmentsOversee scheduling and time management to optimize advisor availabilityTrack advisor licenses, renewals, and company appointments to maintain regulatory compliancePrioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines with minimal oversightDemonstrate accountability and follow through on assigned responsibilitiesProvide back-up coverage to fellow administrative team members as neededOther administrative duties as assignedWhat You BringComfortable working with technology-driven processes, including AI-powered tools for workflow efficiencyA dependable team player who adapts seamlessly to evolving responsibilities and changing prioritiesStrong ownership of tasks through effective time management and organizational skillsAbility to accurately receive, interpret, and convey information--both verbally and in writing--with clarityImpeccable grammar and tone in all client communications, reflecting professionalismServes as a key point of contact between advisors, business partners, and clients to ensure smooth collaborationCapable of managing multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlinesQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred2years of professional administrative experienceExceptional communication skills--written, verbal, and interpersonalStrong organizational abilities with proven multi-tasking capabilityProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)Comfortable with Zoom, Teams, and CalendlyExperience using CRM systems requiredTechnologically adept with a solid understanding of digital workflowsPrior experience in insurance, investments, or banking preferredWhat The Crossroads Group OffersHourly:$25-$32Paid Holidays and PTOPotential for bonus opportunityLocation: Indianapolis, IN (On-site)Position Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)Equal Employment OpportunityThe Crossroads Group is an equal opportunity employer.
