Summary:

Jool Baby is seeking a creative and driven Social Media Manager to lead our brand’s digital presence across all social media platforms. This role is vital to building our brand identity, engaging with our community, and driving online sales through compelling content and strategic campaigns.


Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

  • Develop and execute engaging content strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and Pinterest.
  • Design and produce high-quality visuals, videos, and copy that align with Jool Baby’s brand voice and values.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Studio team to create educational and promotional content around new and existing products.

Social Media Management

  • Plan, schedule, and manage daily posts across all social media platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize engagement and growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and technologies to keep Jool Baby’s presence fresh and relevant.

Influencer Management

  • Identify, reach out to, and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
  • Coordinate product seeding initiatives, ensuring influencers have the necessary products to create authentic content.
  • Track influencer content performance and report on ROI.

Community Engagement

  • Foster a strong online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.
  • Host and manage giveaways, contests, and other engagement initiatives.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to inform future content and product development.

Brand Strategy

  • As part of the marketing team, you will develop and execute social media campaigns that support overall brand and sales goals.
  • Maintain a consistent brand image across all digital platforms.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow Jool Baby’s social media following and enhance brand loyalty.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably within the parenting, lifestyle, or consumer goods industry.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and community building.
