Employment Type: Contract/Onsite

Location: Boston, MA and NYC

Pay rate: $97-$100/hr. DOE

Responsibilities:

A professional with 3-5 years of experience supporting portfolio management and trading function on Charles River Development (CRD).

Following are the responsibilities and expectations of the individual:

  • Experience with different Fix integration venues and support for Fix messaging parsing in CRD
  • Knowledge of electronic trading workflows integrations with venues like

Market Axess, Tradeweb and Bloomberg TSOX.

  • Primary support role for daily trading workflow to ensure swift error resolutions to meet target trading deadlines.
  • Experience setting up different CRD components like Workbench and Trading Blotter for
  • Portfolio Management and Trading team workflows.
  • Experience with SQL and Windows Servers while supporting CRD.

Required Skills:

  • Windows Server Experience
  • Experience with Infrastructure of CRD - FIX PROTOCAL within CRD, strong SQL Exp
  • Well Rounded User of CRD - would be someone who is a CRD Sys Admin or Technical Support of CRD
  • In addition being able to work through trading workflows
  • FIX Protocol Exp (Someone who has experience with setting up a FIX line, set up that connection. Understand FIX TAGS and troubleshoot FIX msgs
  • Good SQL knowledge

A lot of seeing was Trade Support roles that did not have sys admin experience within CRD. Moving towards System Admin, who has more experience with infrastructure within CRD

  • Windows Server, FIX, Middle Tiers

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of related experience required
