The Trade Support CRD role involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for the team. We are looking for a candidate with a solid background in managing Trading platform software (CRD).

  • We require an experienced Production Support analyst with 9-12 years of expertise in L2/L3 production support and system enhancements.
  • The preferred candidate should have strong technical skills in ASP.NET, SQL Server (SSIS, SSRS), React JS, Python, and MVC, along with domain knowledge in Banking, Capital Markets, and Asset Management.
  • Key responsibilities include providing L2/L3 production support and enhancements for a range of Asset Management Applications, with a thorough understanding of ITIL principles regarding Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Requests, SLAs, and KPIs.
  • Proficiency in release management, deployment tools, and a comprehensive understanding of the development environment is crucial.
  • This position requires working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM EST with rotational On-Call support. The candidate should demonstrate flexibility in working hours to meet project demands.
