We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Accounts Payable and Billing Specialist. In this exciting role, you'll be at the heart of our financial operations, ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of our accounts payable and billing systems.

This is a pivotal role within our finance team, where you'll be working closely with various departments, handling a high volume of invoices, and performing 3-way match procedures. Experience in the automotive industry is a requirement for this position. Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full cycle of accounts payable activities including invoice processing, payment processing, and reconciliation of vendor statements.
  • Perform 3-way match – matching invoices, purchase orders, and goods receipts.
  • Prepare, verify, and process invoices and coding payment documents.
  • Maintain up-to-date billing system and carry out billing, collection, and reporting activities as per specific deadlines.
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in invoices and billing.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices.
  • Maintain vendor files and correspond with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies.
  • Assist with month-end closing and other projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Billing role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Proficient in processing a high volume of invoices and performing 3-way match procedures.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.
  • Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with
