The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Deep knowledge and experience with Java stack, Spring and JMS or Kafka
  • Experience with UI tech stack: HTML, CSS and Angular
  • Experience with SQL/PLSQL programming
  • Exposure to CI/CD and AWS Cloud Infrastructure / Services
  • Exposure to Karate / Cypress Test Automation is a plus
  • Passionate about engineering excellence and a knack for writing clean, testable, readable, and easily maintainable code
  • Understand how to operate in an Agile environment and to deliver using an acceptance test driven development (ATDD) approach
  • Committed to collaboration and open communication in your work
  • Experience in Finance domain is a plus

The Team

Strategic Advisors Technology (SAT) is seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer to join our Investment Decision Solutions (IDS) Team. This role will focus on developing new functionalities and supporting existing applications, partnering very closely with Strategic Advisor’s Investment and Operations teams to deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions. The successful candidate will learn the Financial Services, Asset Allocation and Business Process Management domain, and will have strong technical leadership, engagement, and communication skills.

Dynamic Working

At Fidelity TalentSource, our goal is for most people to work flexibly in a way that balances both personal and business needs with time onsite and offsite through what we call “Dynamic Working.” Most associates will have a hybrid schedule with a requirement to work onsite at a Fidelity location for at least one week, 5 consecutive days, every four weeks. These requirements are subject to change.
